Sock-It-To-Ya! Refund & Return Policy

 

 We want you to love your socks — like, head-over-heels-in-funky-socks kind of love. But if they’re not your perfect pair, don’t worry — we’ve got your toes covered.

 

 Return Window

 

  If your socks didn’t knock your socks off, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
 

 Just make sure they are

 

  • Unworn (your feet are fabulous, but hygiene is key)

  • Unwashed

  • Still in their original packaging (no one likes a sock that’s been around the block)

 

 Exchanges: Toe-tally Doable

 

 Need a different size or pattern that screams “YOU”? Let us know at Sockopotamuc.co@gmail.com — we’re happy to swap them out as long as they’re in return-ready condition.

 

 Refunds: No Funny Business
 

 Once we get your socks back, give us 5–7 business days to inspect, do a little sock dance, and issue your refund. You’ll get your money back the same way you paid.

 

Return Shipping – The Fine Print

 

  • If we sent the wrong socks or they arrived damaged (our bad), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If it’s just a case of cold feet, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

Final Sale = Final Sock

 

 Some items (like clearance deals, custom designs, or mystery sock boxes) are marked Final Sale — these can’t be returned or exchanged. Once they’re yours, they’re yours forever… like a tattoo, but comfier.
